Acid Times Pt.II .. new App: Bassline
Just when i said this a new app appeared in the App Store (2.99 Euro) called Bassline.
It is a very good remake of a 303 .. featuring a simple to use interface for all of the standard parameters. Each sequence of the sequencer can be up to 64 steps and you have 4 sequences per “session” where sessions can be named and stored on a extra page. No shuffle, different step length or other features that are not to be found on the original either.

The sound is really good! It just has one bug: it produces some drop outs when you switch to the session page or toggle between synth or tools view.
The tools view is really nice too .. you can copy, shift and transpose patterns from here real quick.
I badly feel a demand for iPhone/Pod-sync across applications!!!
It has a tap tempo function tho, which helps to manually sync to other sound sources.
